Sterile connections & optimal cleaning
ASK®-CP couplings ensure sterile handling. There are options using a sterile screw connection, sterile flange connection or sterile clamp connection. After use, the ASK®-CP can easily be rinsed and used again.
Gap-free internal design
In order to exclude unwanted entry of external substances into the system, the internal structure of the ASK-CP is completely gap-free. The gap-free design also prevents the formation of residues.
Spill-free & safe
ASK®-CP couplings provide spill-free coupling and uncoupling which will not expose the environment or the operator to any of the material being transported.
Fast loading processes
You can uncouple the ASK®-CP with a line which is still filled, and this makes the loading process significantly faster. The simple coupling operation also minimizes the time it takes to make a connection. This is noticeably boosted by the use of the ergonomically optimized hand wheel, making for a much simpler operation, in comparison with a usual grab handle.
Maximum flow
We determined the flow-optimized design of the ASK®-CP by using the finite element method (FEM), and then performing flow tests to validate. The result is a minimal pressure loss and a maximal delivery flow.
Integrated swivel joint
The ASK®-CP requires very little maintenance. The integrated swivel joint on the female side of the Dry Break controls mechanical stress and prevents torque on the pipe. This superior Dry Break design provides a permanently smooth swivel joint rotation.
Error-free coupling using mechanical lockout
We offer the option of a mechanical lockout for ARTA Dry Break couplings. This prevents accidental coupling with a connector carrying a different substance than that intended, and precludes mixing the transported products by mistake.
Fully verified by international certification entities
Since the ASK®-C is a globally recognized safety coupling that has been certified by recognized international approval entities, there are zero safety reservations for its application.
