ZV®-CP: Filler Nozzles for Hygienic Applications

The ZV®-CP is a manually controlled, user-friendly filler nozzle valve capable of one-handed operation. The ZV®-CP is fitted with a dead man’s handle safety device – as soon as the user releases the filler nozzle handle, the valve closes and the filling process ends quickly and safely.

Sterile connections and optimized cleaning

The connections used on the ZV®-CP ensure sterile handling. You can opt for the sterile screw connection, sterile flange connection or sterile clamp connection. And cleanup is fast and easy after any ZV®-CP use.

Gap-free internal design

To prevent unwanted infiltration of external substances into the system, the internal design structure of the ZV®-CP is completely gap-free.

Safe and reliable closure

ARTA Filler Nozzles are cleverly designed. If there are fluctuations in the operating pressure and the pressure increases unintentionally, the nozzle will nevertheless continue the closure process without a hitch.
