APV FLS® Sampling system for volumetric sampling
The APV FLS sampling system enables volumetric sampling of the media in operational, pressurized piping. The highly efficient lock system allows the sampling of different volumes, and the sample quantity is fixed between 100ml and 250ml, so that no more than the amount required for sampling is drawn from the line
Sterilizing and flushing capability
The integrated flushing connection with optional heating or cooling jacket allows for system flushing or sterilization.For media, up to +250°C

We always consider your requirements when designing our sampling systems. The sample can be filled directly into the glass bottle through a multi-bottle adaptor or through a bayonet lock quiver. For media requiring additional protection, we can also offer the sampling system installed in a protective cabinet.
