ADG®-M: Swivel Joint for marine applications
The ADGTM-M Swivel Joint by ARTA is designed to handle the demanding conditions found in the maritime sector, and reliably prevents torsion in hose lines and pipes, avoiding premature wear of pipe systems. The flexibility incorporated in its design permits rotational movements of different sections of the pipe in relation to each other. The ADGTM-M swivel joint is suitable for the transport of liquid, gaseous and solid media.
Its robustness and resistance to saltwater corrosion make it the ideal swivel joint for salt water immersion and general marine applications.
To enable pivoting and 360° rotation, the two connecting components of the ADGTM-M Swivel Joint are assembled on one or two ball bearing races.
